על מנת לעמוד בדרישות הניקוי האיכותיות עבור כל החלקים הקשורים ליישום ההדפסה (שבלונות, מגבים וטעויות הדפסה) ביעילות ורמת ניקיון גבוהה, ה- N29HV הוא פתרון המשלב 3 תהליכי ניקוי יעילים הנותנים רמת ניקוי גבוהה ביותר וללא מתחרים. התהליך מתחיל בטבילה בתוך מיכל שטיפה, שם מופעלת פעולת ניקוי בעזרת מערכת אולטראסונית אפקטיבית. ניתן להוסיף כאופציה תהליך התזה בטבילה- “spray under immersion “ היוצר "זרמי בועות אוויר" (בתהליך המוגן בפטנט) ובנוסף מתבצעת תנועת "שקשוק" אנכית בכל זמן התהליך. שילוב ייחודי זה של תנועות אנכיות בתוך זרמי מערבולת הנוצרים עקב הזרמת בועות האוויר, מאפשר להגיע ביעילות לרמות ניקיון גבוהות ביותר.

במערכת קיימת מערכת סינון במעגל סגור, המאפשרת את הפרדת זיהומים מהמים וחומר הניקוי בצורה יעילה כך שתהליך הניקוי ימשיך להיות יעיל, אפקטיבי וללא בזבוז חומרים מיותר.
בסיום הניקוי מתבצע ייבוש על ידי מערכת וואקום, המשאיר את החלקים נקיים ויבשים להמשך התהליכים.
ניתן לצייד את המערכת במערך הטענה ופריקה אוטומטיים, המכיל עד 12 מסגרות. התהליך מתחילתו ועד סופו מבוקר באופן מלא ואין צורך בהתערבות מפעיל לכל אורך זמני התהליך!
