הדגם SB2900 תוכנן במיוחד ליישום ציפויים קונפורמיים על מכלולי מעגלים מודפסים (PCBA) על ידי ריסוס. הוא כולל עיצוב ארגונומי כדי למזער את עייפות המפעיל, תוך מתן שליטה טובה יותר על מיקום וכיוון אקדח הריסוס.
ניתן לצייד את ה-SB2900 באור UV חסין פיצוץ ו/או באור לבן. השימוש בשולחן המסתובב מאפשר ריסוס ב360 מעלות ללא צורך בסיבוב ידני (מאפשר גם שימוש לבחינה ויזואלית תחת אור UV).
היחידה חייבת להיות מחוברת למערכת שאיבת אוויר חסינת פיצוץ ובעלת זרימת אוויר מינימלית של 0.35 m3/s (750 cfm).
בנוסף חיבור לחץ אוויר לאספקת 550 kPA (80 psi) של אוויר נקי ויבש.
התא מצויד ב3 מערכות מסננים לקבלת אוויר יבש ונקי בפליטת האוויר ומניעת פליטת חומרים אסורים.

ה-SB2900 בנוי על מסגרת אלומיניום ומותקן על רגליים מתכווננות. תא ההתזה הפנימי עשוי מנירוסטה בעובי 1.5 מ"מ ויוצר תא ריסוס ברוחב 850 מ"מ x 750 מ"מ עומק x 580 מ"מ גובה.
הלוחות החיצוניים מיוצרים מפלדה מצופה פלסטיק. לוח בקרה וסעפת אוויר ממוקמים בצד ימין של התא.
שולחן העבודה המסתובב הינו בעל אופציה המאפשרת על ידי לחיצת דוושה סיבוב ל4 רבעי מעגל על מנת להשאיר את הידיים חופשיות והינו בקוטר 350 מ"מ ועם שקע מרכזי להסרה וניקוי קל.

The coating system BASIC V3 was designed for coating assemblies. The assemblies are put in a basket which is dipped in the HFE solvent. After the coating, draining and drying are processed automatically. At the end of the process the basket is lifted up and the coated assemblies can be removed.

Features:

  • Complete dipping into the HFE solvent provide for a 100% surface moistened.

  • Generates an approx. 50nm thin protective layer
  • HFE liquid condenses and remains in the system
  • The assembly leaves the system completely coated and dried.

For different assemblies different baskets or insertions are usable. Also suitable for universal holders.

The water trap separates the water from the HFE liquid in the condensate and empties the water automatically in a 1l bottle. The HFE liquid flows back into the tank.

The electronic control including all electro-technical components is placed in a panel directly in the BASIC V3 system.

The lift is designed for a basket size with the internal dimensions L300mm x W250mm x H220mm. Other racks or magazines can also be used instead of the basket. The model BASIC V3 is connected easily with a 230V supply.

As an option, the BASIC V3 can be equipped with a filter system.

Another option includes an automated measuring and dosing station to keep the HFE solvent level constant

The coating systems PRIMA V8 and OPTIMA V6 are specially designed for processing volatile substances such as HFE.

Great emphasis was placed on the process reliability and easy use. The assemblies’ coating is done by immersion in the fluoropolymer HFE solvent contained in the system’s tank. The assemblies to be coated are put in baskets placed on a lift. Both coating systems PRIMA V8 and OPTIMA V6 differ in the basket size.

 

By closing the lid and pressing the start button the immersion or dipping process and the subsequent drying process are automatically carried out within approximately 6 minutes.

Once the notification of completion appeared the basket can be simply exchanged. The baskets can be adapted easily to the assembly’s geometry or can be substituted with customized racks.

All coating systems are equipped with a cold trap for the HFE liquid recovery where the condensed HFE liquid can be collected in a built-in container or be returned in the tank. This provides for an extremely economic and environmentally friendly operation. A water trap absorbs the produced condensation in another collective container. Thus, the systems are compliant with legal HFE liquids regulations.

 

The color screen shows all information and is easy to adjust. The systems are equipped with filters for cleaning the HFE liquid. The liquid level is controlled. The lift can be set in any position automatically to allow exact partial immersion. The control interfaces provide for data output.

These coating system models offer a suitable solution for nearly all challenges.
