Product description
The ASI-UV1-CF is a compact 1.0-meter inspection chain conveyor designed for PCB
handling, inspection, and buffering within SMT production lines. A protective top cover
with integrated lighting and a cooling fan provides a controlled environment for visual
inspection.
The conveyor supports both manual mode, where a PCB stops at the inspection station
for operator review, and automatic mode, where PCBs transfer directly downstream
upon signal. Built with a welded steel frame, aluminum rails, and pin-chain transport,
the ASI-UV1-CF integrates easily into SMT lines via standard SMEMA interface.
